Lallie Bee Boards Charcuterie Catering Refund Policy

At Lallie Bee Boards, we strive to deliver exceptional handcrafted charcuterie boards for your events. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the custom preparation involved, we have the following refund policy for catering orders:

  1. Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a full refund, minus a 10% processing fee to cover administrative costs and ingredient pre-purchasing.

    • Cancellations made within 48-72 hours of the scheduled delivery or pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time are non-refundable due to the preparation of perishable ingredients and labor involved.

  2. Order Modifications:

    • Changes to your order (e.g., size, quantity, or special requests) must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to delivery or pickup. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    • Modifications requested less than 72 hours before delivery or pickup cannot be guaranteed and are non-refundable if already prepared.

  3. Non-Delivery or Incorrect Orders:

    • If your order is not delivered as scheduled due to an error on our part, or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 2 hours of the scheduled delivery time. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, subject to verification.

    • If you provide an incorrect delivery address or fail to receive the order at the agreed time, no refund will be issued.

  4. Quality Concerns:

    • We take pride in using fresh, high-quality ingredients. If you have concerns about the quality of your charcuterie board, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery or pickup with photos and details. We will review the issue and may offer a partial or full refund, or a replacement, at our discretion.

  5. No-Shows or Unclaimed Orders:

    • Orders not picked up or accepted at the scheduled time and location are non-refundable, as the products are perishable and prepared specifically for your event.

  6. Force Majeure:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control), we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund or reschedule your order, depending on the situation.
