Take your guests on a culinary adventure with Lallie Bee Boards' Charcuterie Experience at your event. Choose from a Magnolia Medley, Vegan Surprise, or Delightful Desserts plated on bamboo wood boards or disposable for effortless elegance. One Trip Boards: One board per person. Starts $16 per person. Includes 1-2 servers 2-2.5 HR window included Bottomless Boards: Starts at $25 per person. Includes 1-2 SERVERS 2-2.5 HR window included. MAXIMUM 100 PERSONS **Required 50 Board Minimum. Final contract price to include set up and add ons. **
Cancellation Policy
To ensure a seamless and personalized experience for your event, Lallie Bee Boards LLC has established the following booking policy. This policy applies to all event bookings to secure your requested date. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated total cost is required to reserve your event date. This deposit secures your booking and covers initial planning and preparation costs. Consultation Meeting: A mandatory consultation meeting (in-person, virtual, or phone call) must be scheduled with our team within 7 days of the deposit payment. This meeting allows us to discuss your event vision, menu preferences, and specific requirements to ensure a tailored experience. Signed Contract: A signed catering contract must be completed and returned within 7 days of the consultation meeting. The contract outlines all agreed-upon details, including menu, pricing, event timeline, and terms of service. Failure to return the signed contract within this timeframe may result in the release of your reserved date. Potential Downpayment: For events with an estimated total cost exceeding $1,000 or requiring custom setups (e.g., specialty boards, themed displays, or large-scale events), an additional downpayment of up to 25% of the total cost may be required at the time of contract signing. This will be determined during the consultation meeting based on the scope of the event. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date. Any additional charges (e.g., last-minute changes or add-ons) will be invoiced post-event and due within 7 days of receipt. Date Guarantee: Your event date is officially secured only upon receipt of the deposit, completion of the consultation meeting, and submission of the signed contract. If a downpayment is required, it must also be paid to finalize the booking. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the release of your reserved date to other clients. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit but may be eligible for a partial refund of any downpayment, subject to our cancellation policy outlined in the contract.
